The HaDiKo Heimfest is organised entirely by volunteers!
We, the HaDiKo student self-administration, put together an organising team every year and then get to work planning the Heimfest.
And of course, we can’t manage it all on our own – so we need you to join us on our shifts!
Set-up and dismantling
During the set-up and dismantling shifts, the entire site is either prepared or tidied up. Whether it’s moving construction hoardings, pitching tents or setting up stands – there’s something for everyone to do!
Security
To ensure the safety of all guests, we need a few security staff. The role involves keeping a watchful eye on things and monitoring the entrances and exits. No previous experience is necessary!
Bar & Cashier
And of course, there’ll be the usual bar and till shifts during the festival. There’s something for everyone here, whether it’s at the ticket desk, the cocktail stand or our washing-up party!
